Every step of the booking.
In one platform.
CommunityLet is a live venue booking marketplace for schools, sports sites and community facilities. Spectrix develops it end to end: finding a space, comparing options, booking and paying, messaging the venue, and the venue-side tools that make it all work.

The platform
Search. Compare.
Book. Manage.
Customers discover venues by category or location, check live availability and pricing, and move from search to confirmed booking in a few steps. Venues present their spaces, answer questions and take bookings without anything leaving the platform.
Underneath is a live Next.js and Strapi system with real customers, real venues and real money changing hands. Our job is to keep it trading while making it better — new capability lands as scoped, tested releases, never a risky rewrite.
A live marketplace. Developed while it trades.

One partner.
The whole journey.
There is no handoff between agencies here. Spectrix owns development across the customer journey and the venue tooling behind it, expanding the platform area by area.
Discovery
Category and location search, venue pages and space listings that help customers find the right fit.
Booking & payments
Availability, pricing, booking requests and payment — the path from interest to confirmed booking.
Messaging
Venue-specific conversations with role-based access, unread state and notifications, attached to the booking.
Venue tooling
The venue side: managing spaces, handling enquiries and running bookings day to day.
Vendor onboarding
Bringing new venues onto the platform cleanly, so supply keeps growing.
Ongoing development
Each area lands as a separately scoped, tested release with deployment and support after it.
How we deliver
Change the system.
Carefully.
This is continuing development on a trading platform, not a greenfield rebuild. Work is split into separately scoped releases, each with its own tests and deployment.
That means the roadmap keeps moving — discovery one release, booking improvements the next, messaging alongside — without ever putting the live marketplace at risk.
Understand what’s there. Agree the next piece. Test it. Release it. Support what follows.

A few lines about the process, the tools and the part that’s frustrating. That’s plenty to start with.
